Who We Are
We Are a Buyer, Not a Brokerage
Shore Cash Home Buyers purchases property as a principal, for our own account. We are not a licensed New Jersey real estate brokerage or agent, and we do not represent sellers, list property, or negotiate on a seller's behalf with other buyers. Every transaction we complete is an arm's-length purchase between us and the seller.
We do not offer foreclosure-rescue arrangements, leaseback agreements, or any right to repurchase a property after selling it to us. If you sell your house to us, that sale is final and outright — we do not offer a way to stay in the home or buy it back afterward.
